    Recipe: Instant ramen(throw out the seasoning packet)cooked per package and drained.

    In a pan put about a tbsp of butter on med heat, cook 6-8 cloves of roughly smashed/chopped garlic until nice and tender, throw in some Sichuan oil to taste, korean chili flakes to taste for color mostly, about a tbsp of vegan oyster sauce(or regular or hoisin whatever floats your boat), and a splash of soy sauce. Toss in the noods, top with green onions and sesame seeds(I used black, it’s what I got right now). Soft to medium boil your egg your way, I like the way Chef John from FoodWishes does it.
