El TACON Madre is located at 1701 Bagdad Rd, Cedar park. They’re cash only! Ive seen a few reviews on here but I’m a huge fan of the food I’ve had here. Second time I’ve been and I tried their breakfast tacos for 2 dollars each and they were huge and delicious. I don’t ever see the ceviche on the menu but i always ask for it and it’s a large portion and good. They also gave me more free chips when I ran out. Service is great and they’re super friendly. They take Zelle too.

This place used to be good when they were located in the gas station at the corner of 183 & South St near downtown Leander.
I used to go all the time and once they moved to their own food truck they seemed to not be consistent with their hours (as in their hours online say they should be open but I drive by and they’re closed) and they are out of tons of different items on their menu constantly.
Food seems to have gone downhill as well! I really miss the old Tacon Madre!
