Was looking for some super easy weeknight dinners and found this recipe for [cauliflower and ground beef hash](https://gluesticksgumdrops.com/cauliflower-ground-beef-hash-low-carb-recipe/). I added 2 diced up russet potatoes, fried eggs, and sriracha. The original recipe is enough for 2 dinners so the potatoes and eggs stretch it so we have enough for lunch the next day
