Thanks for your kind words everybody! I know that the the sausages aren’t authentic, but I had them at home and had to get rid of them. Next on my list, bubble and squeak!

Good solid breakfast especially for a first attempt,try some black pudding next time and remember if you can get some Daddies brown sauce you are mixing with the big boys👍🏻

Maam, sir, congratulations this is a worthy effort; tomatoes mushrooms eggs and bacon perfectly cooked… however there are slightly too many beans (maybe 1/5 less?) and I do believe you can find better sausages than those in Austria. 8/10.
