I tend to do a blend of a dark roast and a medium roast of beans from a local coffee shop. Black or with a small splash of cream, never sugar. I do quite like dark chocolate mochas and no foam lattes, though.

Black as night, on a moonless night (made in my Bialetti pot).
Medium-Dark roast from a select few local roasters. I find it’s the best level which has just enough of that hearty and toasty goodness, but still on the medium-side so it can kick my ass a bit 👌

I managed to get: a espresso machine, French press, moka pot, siphon, v60 and a pitcher for Turkish coffee. I drink whatever my wife wants but I particularly love espresso, cappuccino and siphon. I’ve been enjoying the v60 and the Mika pot too, but the Turkish coffee is just too complicated for me and I end up not preparing it much.

I saw this chart with 80 different coffees around the world! I’m trying some of those. Today i had Kopi susu panas. It was very milky and rich:)

I make coffee for a living, so for me it’s drip which takes minimal effort, or leftover shots when people get 3 in their drink

I Love me a latte but even more so with honey or flavoured syrups, maybe even some cream if im treating myself, it’s basic but who doesn’t want a drink that makes them feel good
