Learned a lot this past year and nothing better than using travel time to visit new roasters.

Sweetbloom’s Hometown is my favorite from them. You should try some.

Shoutout for Dogwood! Great beans. If you’re in the Minneapolis area. Try SK Coffee. One of the best roasters in the area.

They have Finca la Julia, Colombia F6 Anaerobic Natural that is out of this world. A little pricey, but worth it.

How was Zekes? I wanted to try but I just got done with this Vigilante that tasted mad burnt.

Great mix. Loved Sump when I stopped through. Any standout favorites?

Side note I posted a similar photo in r/coffee and it got locked by mods. Guess this is the place!

DC based? If so, I’m surprised to not see any Qualia.

What did you think of the Fulcrum beans?

  7. Ceremony is great! Their roastery was a few miles from my college and it was a great place to hang out on a Saturday or sunday
