    Served alongside a bubbling cauldron of lamb fahsa, which I didn’t include because it wasn’t as attractive (it’s a clay pot filled with stewed lamb, so you can imagine how mono-color that dish is).

    I still need to check out Yemen Cafe in Hamtramck, which is supposed to also have excellent fahsa.
