    I 100% recommend this if you can get your hands on split pig heads.

    The wet rubs didn’t really do much for the meat so I’m not even going to mention unless someone wants to know.

    Cooked low and slow then peeled the skin back and started scraping. Would absolutely do these again and again. So tender and flavorful.
