Shouldn’t the shakchuka be baked? Next time try it in a cast iron skillet and bake it. It will be significantly better.

Looks great! I make my shakshuka without meat but with feta and fresh herbs sprinkled on top (which complements the egg nicely!)

My that looks good. And it’s awesome you can serve it right out of the pan. Poached eggs are the best.

I highly recommend getting some Allepo and/or Marash chili flakes to use in this. They are both very delicious chilies and make this dish so much tastier.
