Apart from not having sausages (English sausages not readily available where I live) this is my perfect fry-up. Messy and delicious. Not in picture extra piece of toast to mop up with.

Mushrooms look great. Pretty much everything does. Might have gone for one less tomato and an extra egg. Or.maybe more mushrooms. Looks great and would eat it happily.
