I’m had no idea what to expect, but Siphon coffee has now caused my V60, Kalita, and Blue Bottle Dripper to take a back seat. Sooooo tasty and so mellow!! Wow!!

For real? I always thought that because of the high temperatures used to operate, it would make the coffee more bitter. I’ve always been hesitant to try because of the €80 asking price compared to the dirt-cheap V60 and Aeropress. You’re saying it’s worth it?
