Definitely need a bigger plate! Haha. You might be able to find other blood sausages more easily, depending on where in the US you are. Morcilla is definitely a good substitute. I’d imagine blodpudding and blutwurst would be good too.
Also could have done with some hash browns

I use Argentinian blood sausage more commonly known as morcilla. It’s a good substitute for black pudding. Commonly found in supermarkets in Miami. Guessing you are using Bush’s beans? I actually prefer these to Heinz. Overall a good effort.

Probably me just being a dum guy but wtf is that drink. Is it like coke or something but surly it would not keep that head like that and that’s a breakfasts so why would you be drinking coke in the morning. Once again probably me just being an uncultured dum guy that knows nothing.
