I have a couple questions. It’s not my intention to attack your diet, but I’m a bit confused by paleo as a whole, and hoping an actual proponent might be able to give insight:
Vegetables like the cruciferous (broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, cabbages, etc) certainly would not have existed in the Paleolithic Era, these are the result of modern breeding. In fact, almost every modern crop has been pretty heavily modified through generations of breeding, to the point that they’re unrecognizable compared to their wold counterparts. Is this ignored for the sake of the diet or is it justified somehow?
Secondly, what does the paleo diet have against legumes?
Thirdly, and this is very specific to your dish, how do you fry rice without any processed oils?
