I’ve eaten a lot of lobster in the past out and at home. I’ve seen people who only eat the tail and maybe claws.
One couple I saw in PEI gave the carapace with legs to their kids to play with like sea monsters chasing each other around the table.
I’m curious what this restaurant will consider “left overs” and if the reviews will become something to have some popcorn to eat and read over.

How many lobsters will they realistically serve you in 90 minutes? Maybe one every 15 minutes, so like 6? That’s like $17 a lobster which isn’t that cheap.
