  1. If flipping them is the problem, you could always put a lid on the pan. Or even better, baste the top with hot oil and make crispy fried eggs.

do you cook your egg for instant ramen in the broth itself, or do you fry an egg separately? i usually kinda pile the noodles to the centre of the pan so the egg has no chance of sticking to the pot, and cracking the egg gently on top of the pile. i cover it and usually within a minute and a half at max, the white is cooked and the yolk is still soft and doesn’t shatter when you try to transfer it from pot to bowl.

If you put a tablespoon of water in the pan after you crack the egg, then put a lid on it, you’ll steam the egg and won’t have to flip it. It’ll be a near perfect sunny side up, at least that’s what I get when I do it. Give it a shot!

Buy pastured or cadge free eggs- sounds weird but the yolk cheap eggs are really weak and break easily . I think I r as bc the chickens get more mealy stuff like bugs and grass in their diet they have a broader omega profile in their diet fortifying their yolks.
They are a lot darker too which is interesting

I usually break the egg in the ramen let it boil for 3 min for a nice yolk
