Long time lurker, first post. Love a good fryup here in NY. This is our second attempt. Sausages are chipolatas from Myers but forgot to get the bacon. No hash browns was a bummer.

It’s crazy, I have never been able to get my brain to understand the point of baked beans in these meals. The juxtaposition is just too wild for me.

I love a crispy fried egg. Looks good. Beans look dark? Try Branston if you can find them. Also, I’d recommend you try [black pudding](https://www.scottishgourmetusa.com/product/new-black-pudding).
