Question: are canned tomatoes more or less common than fresh? Is it just personal preference? And do you put anything on the canned tomatoes or eat them as they are straight out of the can?

I googled it and there is a Super Sausage cafe in Northampton but apparently there is also a bus stop called Super Sausage… one would think it would be easy enough to choose the correct one.
Buuuuut I have done some incredibly stupid things in my life.

Looks good! But I’m concerned about how the hash browns will get soggy with the bean juice. I like them crispy. Also tinned tomatoes rather than cherry tomatoes? Can you explain why?
