Just want to drop in to say that it looks delicious and fascinating. I would happily drink this and I love that you’re having fun with it and not taking it so seriously. Also want to ask how you made the pistachio syrup? It looks interesting and I do have some shelled pistachios that could go into this. Also I think it’s super cool you decorated the rim bc I’ve only ever seen that on cocktails and milk shakes but it does really look lovely and make it a little extra special.

Personally, I love the video and presentation. Idk that much about coffee, but from what I remember at starbucks, you wanna get the espresso in the milk asap. It’s best when freshly made. Super awesome drink! Keep doing you!

Just a tip: You’re holding the wand very close to the side of the pitcher. If you hold it just off centre, you’ll be able to make the milk spin (like a vortex). Milk will be creamier, and you’ll be able to control temperature/texture a lot easier.
I’ve never seen pistachio syrup before, but it sounds/looks absolutely delicious. I might have to try making my own syrups. I also love your glassware.
Espresso can become a very expensive hobby, and people are snobby about it because it’s a very precise art form. If you’re only getting into coffee this year, I say you’re doing a great job.
Since you already seem to have some kind of espresso machine, I would recommend loooking for a good burr grinder. Maybe an older model, or something refurbished, so it doesn’t break the bank.
If you want to work on making better-tasting coffee, that doesn’t require espresso-fine grounds, maybe try an Aeropress? My cousin has one and he loves it.

This is one of the most visually stunning drinks I’ve ever seen. It looks beautiful and delicious and functional (not like those Bloody Mary’s you see that looks cool but upon closer inspection has a whole ass cold chicken atop it).
