Super tender, Bite mark test passed. 7 hours at 235-250, pulled at 200(probed like it was butter) and rest for 30 mins.

Thoughts? Tips?

    They look a little to far for me but that’s personal preference. Bark looks great! Maybe you did but to my extremely amateur eyes looks like you could spritz a more or in general if you didn’t or add a butter or tallow topper to keep the moisture up. Once again all personal preference would still smash those ribs
