Recipe Made Easy Barabacoca-cola May 7, 2023 Barabacoca-colaby hoosyourdaddyo 1 Comment hoosyourdaddyo 2 years ago **Ingredients:****Rub*** 3 lb Beef Chuck Roast* 1/2 Tablespoon Garlic Powder* 1/2 Tablespoon Ground Cumin* 1 teaspoon Paprika* 1 teaspoon Chili Powder* Salt, Pepper and MSG to taste**Sauce:*** 1 1/2 Can Coca Cola * 1 Tablespoon Better than Bouillon Beef * 1 Large Purple Onion cut into eighths**Directions:**1. Mix rub spices together and cover the chuck roast completely in the rub. Set aside.2. Place roast on preheated smoker at 250 for two hours. Place a foil catchment underneath to catch any drippings. Insert a temperature probe.3. After 2 hours place roast in smoker safe pan, pour in the sauce and add the onion.3. Seal up and cook for another 2 hours at 275.4. When meat reaches 190, or the two hours are up, remove the meat from the smoker and place it into your Instant Pot along with all the juice.4. Cook under pressure for 15 minutes. Let pressure release naturally, and use wooden spoon to break up the meat.5. Stir the meat to combine with the liquid over sauté for 30 minutes, until the meat reaches the desired texture.
