For mashed potatoes I used 15g of low cal butter, 1/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk, two light laughing cow wedges and a chopped up green onion. 220 cals for the potatoes, 250 for the chicken and 30 cals for the asparagus.
Great low effort low cal dinner that keeps me full!
