An amazing experience overall with spot-on textures and flavors. The local produce shone in all its glory and the impeccable techniques were a vessel to bring the fresh ingredients in the spotlight. Having had a few days wandering in the beautiful Cornish landscapes made the experience even more immersive as we got to taste a quite accurate and inspired interpretation of our hikes.
