    Im spanish and im intriged, why do you say caldo and caldo de pollo? XD there are no words for caldo incenglish? Just curious

    The only thing I would change on that is instead of Pork Chicharron, I’d use Chicken skin Chicharron. Otherwise, that is spot on and reminds me of my grandmother who would always make sure a large pot is made and piping hot for when we arrive when we visited her.
