These perfectly fried Thai chicken drumsticks with fish sauce come with a crispy golden brown layer and tender chicken meat. The drumsticks can be subbed for wings or thighs.

    # Ingredients

    •18 ounces chicken (thighs, wings,..)
    •1 tablespoon fish sauce
    •1 teaspoon white sugar
    •1 teaspoon white pepper
    •1 tablespoon crispy flour mix

    # Instructions

    1. Mix fish sauce, white sugar, black pepper and crispy flour in a large mixing bowl.
    2. Coat each part of meat with the fish sauce marinade of the previous step. Let it rest in your refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
    3. Preheat oil with a high smoke point, such as vegetable oil, to 350-degrees in a wok or deep pot over high heat. Carefully place the drumsticks into the oil. Fry over high heat for 2 minutes and then switch to low-medium heat and fry for about 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Flip occasionally and if necessary adjust the heat. Before serving, drain excess oil.
