1. Combine all your seasoning in a bowl and mix with a spoon
2. Season beef ribs with seasoning
3. Add oil to a hot skillet and sear your ribs until Brown on all sides
4. Place seared ribs in a large dutch oven and set aside
5. Using the same skillet add your chopped vegetables and cook for 2 minutes add minced garlic and cook for another 1 minute. Add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
6. Add red wine and beef broth and bring to simmer
7. Pour veggies and liquid over ribs and in a 300 degrees oven and bake for 3 to 4 hours

· 2 Tbs garlic
· 1/2 Tbs black pepper
· 1 Tbs onion powder
· 1/2 Tbs thyme
· 3 minced garlic
· 1 packet sazon

· Carrots, chopped
