Spaghetti with anchovies sauce (made in Amalfi Coast) and Tuna by Vito Chef (Italia)

    This is my pasta ready in 15 minutes with a fantastic sea flavor!! Try to cook it following my recipe and let me know how it tastes.

    **RECIPE x 4:**

    * Spaghetti 100/120 gr per person
    * 1 tablespoon of colatura and tuna per person
    * 3 tablespoons of EVO oil per person
    * 1 clove of garlic cut into large pieces
    * Parsley to taste
    * Fresh chilli to taste

    **PROCEDURE:**

    1. all the ingredient mentioned above in a pan or in a bowl following the dose per person
    2. start cooking pasta checking its cook time
    3. drain the pasta in the pan with all the ingredients, adding also a little bit of pasta water mix well
    4. Add fresh parsley and olive oil
    5. serve the pasta
