Got 1/2 price on wagyu 80/20 at my local market. Toppings were basic: American cheese, avocado, tomato, red onion, arugula, homemade “special” sauce all on a toasted sesame bun. I pre smashed the beef on a tray before grilling them up. Hooooly heck 🥵
