Tenderloin fiesta!! -Pork tenderloin with open roasted veggies
Dry rubbed the tendy with my pulled pork rub and slapped that sucker on the grill. Bbq seasonings ok the veggies with a bit of butter, roasted and pulled just before soft.

Gonna have to try this, looks awesome! I bet the veggies would do good tossed with some stir fry sauce before roasting on the grill
