What did you use before? Do you recommend a pellet smoker? We are avid wood smokers, mostly pecan and apple. But weve been thinking about getting a pellet grill, is it cost effective for one?

I guess I should’ve said first time doing ribs ever. I have not tried anything but a pellet smoker. I got it back in January (Camp chef woodwind pro) and absolutely love it.
