Bold Smoked Baby Back Ribs

    **Rub Mixture**

    * 2 tablespoons Kosher salt

    * 1 tablespoon Garlic powder

    * 1 tablespoon Accent/MSG

    * 1/2 tablespoon ground cumin

    * 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

    * 1 teaspoon chili powder mix

    * ground pepper to taste

    **Preparation Instructions:**

    * 1 using yellow mustard as a binder, cover the ribs in the rub mix, leaving a thick crust.

    * 2 place ribs on preheated smoker at 225. Cook this way for three hours, spritzing the ribs one an hour with a 1:1 mix of Apple cider and Coca-Cola.

    * 3 seal the ribs up in foil and cook them on the smoker for two hours.

    * 4 remove the ribs from the foil. Increase heat to 250, and spritz the ribs 1-2 times over the last hour.

    * 5 remove from heat, and enjoy!
