I’m not entirely sure about those beans, they look like they’re American style baked beans. In which case it would completely change the flavour and nature of the meal.
Not bad as a first attempt, though – and don’t sweat it about the potato-based item, that’s non-standard anyway.

Is that American bacon ? The thin crispy stuff ? Bacon (imho) needs to be able to be bitten into, about 2-3mm thick. The rest looks great. I’m not an egg eater, so I’ll be fair and ignore that 😃 7.5/10 👍🏻
