Petit déjeuner anglais avec œuf au plat. First fry up I’ve found in France and it’s on the ferry home. Salt and pepper weasel added to the eggs.

Eggs are underdone for me, but that looks like a perfectly reasonable breakfast otherwise. Exactly what you’d expect from a kitchen churning them out all morning every day.

I had that fry up about 15 years ago and the seas were really rough, I saw it again not long afterwards. Just looking at it now is making me seasick.
