This is a pretty perfect plate here my friend. For those who don’t know, the tinned plum tomato not only has great flavour but also the touch of acidity to cut through the density of other elements such as fried bread. Beans do not possess this or really any other quality in great measure.

Not a fan of tined tomatoes in a fry up. Fresh or none at all. Everything else looks prety standard cafe fair expect for the mushrooms, which look delicious.
Having said all this, I’d eat the shit out of that plate but would need an addtional sausage and egg. I cannot do eggs in ones and three is the minimum allowable of sausages, unless it’s a 30cm Polish sausage or something.

I love tinned plum tomatoes but that is too big a portion for the rest of the plate. Also the bacon needs more cooking and could do with a bit of black pudding. Other than that, the rest looks good 👍🏻

Too much tomato and they should never be tinned.
