I think I should have let the beans cook down a bit more and the hash brown was…well done. 😅
Excuse the cheeky nibble on the sausage before taking a picture. I cut the sausage in half to check it was cooked (a previous bout of food poisoning has made me cautious) and had a taste just to make absolutely sure. 😆
