I made this AMAZING sandwich just now. This is my first over hard egg and it was BEAUTIFUL! I did so good on it. And the bread was new for me as well. It’s some sort of Italian bred but it’s in a big loaf. I just sliced off two pieces and went to work 😤
Sandwich has cheese, bacon bits, and an over hard egg. Super easy for me to make and it tasted DELICIOUS!! Highly recommend.

My go-to breakfast. Easy, tastes oh-so good, and filling! I do sprinkle the egg with salt and smoked paprika sometimes.

Try cooking your eggs in a hint of olive oil. Makes it hard yet fluffy.

Try putting a half cup of oil in the pan, and essentially frying the eggs. And then Mayo on the bread. Salt and pepper. Cheese and bacon of course. Yummmmm.

For a split second the way you were holding it made it look like you had a crazy thumb nail and it tricked my brain! I stared for a few more seconds and realized it wasn’t a weird nail and it was just your amazing sandwich lol

I like a little hot sauce with cheese melted you can buy Trader Joe’s has apricot white cheese Omg) delicious. Toast the bread spread a little mayo on I put three eggs melted cheese salt pepper.😋
