Macros (Servings with Noodles or Rice): Cal: 478 | Carbs: 44 | Protein: 43 | Fats: 15 **Ingredients:** 600gram Rump Steak thinly sliced 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon vegetable oil divided use 1 head of broccoli (2-3 Cups) 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon cornstarch Salt and pepper to taste **Sauce** 1/4 cup oyster sauce 1/4 cup beef broth or water 1 teaspoon sugar 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil 1 teaspoon soy sauce **Instructions:** In a bowl, whisk together oyster sauce, beef broth, sugar, sesame oil and soy sauce. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with a tablespoon of cold water.
Then in a wok or frying pan heat a 1 teaspoon of oil over medium heat. Cook the broccoli until tender, roughly 4 minutes; then add ginger and garlic and cook for 30 more seconds.
Take the broccoli out and cover on a plate.
Add 1 tablespoon of oil and cook the seasoned steak pieces for 3-4 minutes without turning, then flip them and cook for a further 3-4 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
Add broccoli mixture back to the pan and cook for 2 more minutes.
Pour the oyster sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables and cook for 30 seconds. Add cornstarch and bring to a boil. Cook for 1 more minute or until the sauce begins to thicken. Once done, then can be divided and packaged between 4 reusable storage containers.

Awesome recipe, I’m going to sub noodles for zucchini noodles that way I can have like two serving w/ very low carbs.
