Germination success was god awful with these seeds and this is the only one that made it out of 10, so I’m persisting with this little one. Never seen leaves like this on any of my plants.

Those leaves will not recover, but speaking from experience (this year and past years) hopefully you can find the issue to save new growth. If not you will lose that plant likely, unless it’s going outside to the garden soon where natural predators can correct it for you. Could be aphids or another pest possibly?
