    Maybe a bit longer with the bacon , mine stays under until the rind crisps up but that’s just my preference. Otherwise decent enough

    I’m so proud of you. Tinned plum tomatoes are really the only way to go. So pleasant to see a bean-free cooked breakfast. Can only imagine you enjoyed this immensely.

    But the other commenters are right – bit more crispiness on the bacon fat, bit less liquid on the tomatoes!
