    Hello Everyone,

    I’m Vito from Italy. I’m a homemade chef and I love sharing my video recipe 🙂

    I tried to cook an old recipe that my grandmother taught me time ago. I used Parma ham and seasoned ricotta cheese :-).

    **Recipe x 4:**

    Spaghetti 400gr / 14oz (Barilla gluten free or you can use Rummo gluten Free)

    Thick sliced ham 100gr / 3,5oz

    Cherry tomatoes 250gr / 8,8oz

    Seasoned ricotta 100gr / 3,5oz (If you don’t find it you can use Feta)

    EV Olive oil, chilli, salt to taste

    **Procedure:**

    Put a pot with water on a medium heat and wait that it starts boiling. Then add the salt and pasta

    Cut the ham slices into thick strips (you can make them thinner if you prefer)

    3.

    Add EV olive oil in a pan add the ham and let it brown 2min max, then keep aside

    4.

    Cut the cherry tomatoes in half add them in the pan cook for 3-4 min adding a pinch of salt

    5.

    Pasta al dente in the pan with a little bit of pasta water. Mix well

    6.

    Turn off the heat and add the seasoned ricotta cheese mixing well

    7.

    Serve adding EV olive oil ham and ricotta cheese
