    Hello I’m Vito an Italian Chef.
    I love cooking and sharing my video recipes 😉

    I had a hamburger left over from the grill the night before and I cooked this fantastic pasta

    [If you need more help to cook it here the link to the full video recipe](https://youtu.be/5yEJ2mf9-Pc)

    **Recipe x 4:**

    * Pasta 400gr /14oz

    * Onion and Garlic
    * white wine to taste
    * EV olive oil
    * Parmigiano Reggiano
    * Parsley

    **Procedure:**

    1.
    Put a pot with water on a medium heat and wait that it starts boiling. Then add the salt and pasta

    2.
    Chop the onion and a little garlic (I used fresh garlic from my garden)

    3.
    Brown the chopped vegetables in a pan with EV olive oil

    4.
    Add the Hamburger in the pan cook for 3-4 minutes then add a little of white wine and let it evaporate

    5.
    Add peeled tomatoes and salt to taste cook for 10min

    6.
    Drain the pasta al dente and add a little cooking water – high heat and mix well

    7.

    Looks great!

    I will admit, sloshing the food around on that thin pan gave me anxiety haha

    *Salt and pepper as you like* is an indication as much important as *light the stove*, cmon!
    Simplicity is the key, no need to throw in 12 seasonings!
