Trying out this diet for the past week and really liking the simplicity. This is my lunch and snacks for tomorrow. The pasta has feta, pasta, canned chickpeas, olive oil, cherry tomatoes,salt, and parmesan. The crackers are Raincoast brand and have nuts and dried olives. The seed mix is Costco (Canada) salad topper. I’ll have 2 boiled eggs and the blueberries for breakfast. Trying to balance weight loss with cycling 10k to work and back.
