My aunt gifted me this telling me that I can use it to make coffee, however I am not sure how to use or or where to even start with the types of coffee grinds for it. I used to have a French press (RIP) so I have some minor knowledge on coffee. So I’d appreciate if anyone could explain how to use it or tell me what it’s called so I can research myself.

I believe this is more of a coffee carafe than a coffee maker. They usually come with a metal stand they sit in which allows a candle to be set beneath it to keep the coffee warm.
