Creamy white bean pasta

    ### Ingredients

    * 250g Paccheri pasta
    * 1 can cannellini beans, drained
    * 1 onion, diced
    * 4 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
    * Handful fresh parsley, chopped
    * 1/2 lemon, zest and juiced
    * 3 tbsp olive oil
    * 1/2 tsp chili flakes
    * 1/2 tsp white miso
    * 30g panko breadcrumbs
    * 1 tbsp nooch
    * Salt and pepper

    ### Instructions

    1. Add the chopped parsley into a bowl with the lemon zest and juice. Mix and set aside.
    2. In a pot of boiling water, add salt and pasta. Remove when just cooked but al dente. Save 1 cup of pasta water.
    3. Heat up a pan with 1 tbsp olive oil the add the chilli flakes, once the oil turns red add the breadcrumbs and toast off for a few mins. Remove and set aside.
    4. Add the remaining olive oil with the onions Into the pan, once they start to soften add the garlic and fry until translucent. Add the beans and fry for a few mins then add the nooch, miso and pasta water.
    5. Mash the beans up a bit, adding more pasta water if needed until you get a creamy sauce. Add the cooked pasta mix well, add some lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    6. Once ready mix the breadcrumbs with the lemon zest mix and top over the pasta. Serve up and enjoy!
