두부 김치 (Dubu Kimchi)

    SUPER SIMPLE!!

    Steam or boil some firm tofu, then cut into slices!

    Next, stir fry some kimchi with sesame oil until it’s shiny and softer. You can totally add meat or dried anchovies to the kimchi as well.

    Add the kimchi on top of the tofu and enjoy with whatever garnish you have on hand!
