Got these from a local coffee shop. Beans aged in whisky, sherry and white wine casks respectively. I’ve only tried the sherry variation and it’s good, it’s kind of fruity and critic. Medium acidity, though I prefer coffee with low to none acidity and earthy flavours

I thought aged coffee was low caffeine.

I picked up some bourbon barrel aged beans at a distillery previously. They were so good with only a mild bourbon/wood flavor. However it smelled like I had a thermos of whiskey. I don’t know if yours will do the same, but try it at home first to avoid awkward conversations.
