    Looks great! Only thing that my eyes catch are that the capicola (I think?) is the only cut not made into a flower. I’m just making this up, but I feel like it’s best to either have them all like that or just have a couple roses as a garnish rather than as the way all the meats are presented

    Overall it’s attractive. Fine tuning –why is there fruit? The roughly cut kiwi and orange are out of place. I would love some olives instead. Maybe another mustard or sauce. Good work 👍

    I do the same thing with meat flowers at my job. I just wonder how easy is it to eat as a customer. Never tried myself.
