I don’t grill or reverse sear, but I commend you for choosing grilling over reverse sear … This looks great.
One thing I’ve done with my grill is to set it up like a commercial kitchen… I put a stainless steel griddle on one side, and a cast iron searing grate on the other. I also have a side burner I can use for quick basting. Ideally, I would love a French top but those are insanely expensive.

Reverse sear is great if you cook thick steaks in large quantity. Cooking 1 “thin” steak reverse sear is such a waste of time and resources tbh.
