This is rough. It’s like if you took a fresh clam and aged it in the sun before soaking it in a can of liquid smoke. The texture is very firm and for the first second you can see why they are talking about it being bacon-y before the chewiness comes in along with a strong sea floor kind of flavor.
I’m mixing a cocktail to wash it out. This tin was a one and done by which I mean I ate one piece and was done with it.
Strike three for three for me with this brand.

100% agree.
Good to see these kind of reviews. I’d rather not spend the money only to find out that it’s totally unpalatable.
I’ve never had geoduck in any tin. Are there other recommended brands?
