Painted this old gal I was gifted added rack under. Had been wanted to paint it for last three years finally did it. Family member had this smoker for over 15 years. Royal oak.

Is that high heat paint? I’d be very curious to see how that wears in.

Yes I gave it a good sanding and then used 2000° primer then high temp paint. The smoke box has two very small spots that burned off but the primer is still holding have used it a dozen times since paint and is holding nice. I was kind of concerned myself.
