    You mean the two fruit?

    If so, yeah…keep ’em.

    A properly taken care of plant (which your plant appears to be) can *easily* handle much more fruit load than that, at the size it is.

    All that crap you’ll see on a google search about removing the first fruit/blossoms is stuff that comes from commercial greenhouse (or similar) growing; it has nothing to do with growing tomatoes at home….it’s just parroted by youtubers & “top of the google search” sorts who don’t know wtf they’re yapping about.

    edit: if you’re talking about the suckers at the base, then it’s just up to you & how you intend to grow — you can have however many stems you want, just depends on how you want to do things.
